The council have excelled themselves this morning. I asked that my council tax rebate be sent to me at this address (Appletree Cottage) as I would either pick it up personally or it would get redirected by Royal Mail. However, they say that since I left at the end of August (I did say September but hey) that they couldn't send the rebate to Appletree Cottage because I'd left, please fill in the form again. But wait a minute, they've just sent this letter and form to me at Appletree Cottage! So if I'd left, how was I supposed to get the letter and form?
