With a heavy heart I sent off the paperwork for Lunanbay Limited to be dissolved. For some reason I was tempted to keep it running in an effectively dormant state whilst away but that would require someone to be enthroned as a director to sign the necessary paperwork every few months. Not to mention it was costing over £100 a month and has been since January 2000.
Still, let the accountants take their bonus money for doing their job, you could say though that I have benefited from those company assets that I've been obliged to buy back as part of the dissolution process hence this adequate (today!) laptop at half its new price of a year ago.
